1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Costifys ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Costifys offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For annual plans, cancellations within the first 60 days are eligible for a prorated refund. After 60 days, your access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Costifys. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time from the Settings page.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Costifys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Costifys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
